Built for every scope of general contracting work
Most of these are not design flaws. They are structural gaps that quietly cost a bid before it is ever won.
Framing, remodels and ground-up builds get lumped into a single "construction services" paragraph.
Cost: buyers cannot tell what you actually build, so they call a competitor whose site names the exact scope.
A heavy homepage takes seconds to open on the one bar of signal a buyer has between sites.
Cost: the estimate request is abandoned before the form even finishes loading.
A single service area line buried in the footer is the only mention of where you work.
Cost: local searches for your town go to directory listings instead of your own site.
An estimate request submitted at night waits for someone to notice it manually.
Cost: the bid goes to whichever contractor replied first, not whichever contractor is best.
The most recent photo on the site is from a job finished long before the site was even reviewed.
Cost: the site reads as a business that has not taken on work recently, whether or not that is true.
One vague "construction services" page
A dedicated page per service you bid, each answer-first
Slow on a job-site connection
Custom-coded pages, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed
No page for the towns you serve
A page per town, crossed with your services
Enquiries sit in an inbox
Every request routed straight into your CRM
A stale, unsorted gallery
Projects grouped by scope, updated every week
A fast site and a routed form mean a request reaches your CRM instead of stalling on a slow page.
Service and location pages match how people actually search, town by town and scope by scope.
A gallery organized by scope and scale shows the exact kind of job you are being asked to bid.
Weekly updates and articles run whether or not anyone in your office has time to touch the site.
Hosting, domain and management are inside the plan. The build fee is only charged once you approve the site.
Ready when you are
Plans from $127 a month, the $697 build fee invoiced only after launch. A live demo takes about 30 minutes.
Book a demoGeneral contractors already schedule work this way. The website build for Foundation, Framing and Finish Out runs on the same idea: named phases, in order, with a fixed number of days attached.
A typical build, in order (illustrative sequence, not a timed schedule)
Your website build, by plan (real days, from the pricing terms)
Nothing here is itemized separately later. The $697 build fee is the only one-time cost, and it is invoiced only after launch.
Every page built for speed, not assembled from plugins.
One per service, one per town you serve.
Wired into your CRM by API, Zapier or Make.
Registered in your name for as long as your plan runs.
Cloudflare SSL, CDN and DDoS protection included.
Small, real changes logged in your client portal.
On a weekly schedule, cited and answer-first.
The one-time fee is invoiced only once you approve the site.
A general contractor's site gets opened on a job site as often as in an office. A page that loads in under a second keeps the estimate request that a slow page would have lost.
90+ PageSpeed, guaranteedOn mobile and desktop, for every page we build and host.
Ranking built into the structureService and location pages exist from day one, not bolted on as an SEO add-on later.
Local ranking, in a real windowOur terms commit to your site ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch.

Google PageSpeed score, guaranteed on mobile and desktop for pages we build and host.
The first sentence answers it: you pay, you tell us about the business, we call once, and the site launches on a fixed schedule.
That starts the plan. The build fee is not charged yet.
Services, towns served, brand and CRM. About 15 minutes.
We fill any gaps and agree the launch date together.
Live in 7 days on Foundation. The build fee is invoiced only once you approve the site.
Every plan carries the same $697 one-time build fee, invoiced only after launch. Higher tiers add the AI Engine and the Content Engine.
$127 / month
Live in 7 days. 2 articles a week.
$267 / month + usage
Live in 10 days. 2 articles a week.
$647 / month
Live in 15 days. 3 articles a week.

The estimate request form finally goes somewhere. It used to sit in an inbox I only checked at night. Now it is in the same CRM as the rest of my pipeline before I am even off the job site.
Owner, residential general contracting company
Moved from a page-builder site
A property manager told us she found the tenant improvement page specifically, not the homepage. That page did not exist on our old site.
Estimator, commercial general contractor
Added dedicated project-type pages
We added a new county last year and the site had a page for it within a week. It did not feel like waiting on a developer.
Operations lead, design-build firm
Expanded service area mid-plan
The weekly updates mean the gallery actually reflects what we finished last month, not what we finished two years ago.
Owner, kitchen and bath remodeling company
On the Framing plan
A fully managed, custom-coded website built for general contractors: a page for every service you bid, a page for every town you serve, a project gallery, an estimate or bid request form connected to your CRM, weekly detail updates, 2 to 3 researched articles a week depending on tier, and Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection included. Nothing here is itemized separately later.
7 days on Foundation, 10 on Framing while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Finish Out with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner you are live.
No. We are a website design and management company, not a general contractor, construction firm or licensed builder. Articles and pages describe general information for readers researching a contractor; they are never a substitute for a licensed professional's estimate, a jurisdiction's permitting guidance, or your own scope of work with a client.
You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your services, the towns you serve, your brand, your domain, your CRM and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.
It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us such as project photos, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.
Yes. We build the initial gallery with whatever photos you have, described accurately with scope and timeline, and add better photography as new projects finish, through the included weekly updates. A site with a handful of well-described projects still ranks and converts better than a site with none.
