The website, fully managed
$127 / month
Plus $697 one-time, invoiced after launch. Live in 7 days.
Best for a single crew getting the core structure right.
- Service and location pages
- 2 articles a week
- Managed hosting included
Three plans from $127 a month plus a $697 one-time build fee, invoiced after launch, with weekly updates, researched articles and managed hosting.
A site with no service or location pages has nothing for a search engine to rank, no matter how it looks.
The site launches, then nobody updates it, and it slowly falls behind what the business actually offers.
Every hour spent dragging blocks around a page builder is an hour not spent running the crew or the bid.
A hosting bill here, a plugin renewal there, a security patch nobody applied, all billed separately and easy to miss.
Most website purchases are a one-time project. The site is exactly as fresh six months later as it was on day one.
Custom-coded pages, not assembled from page-builder plugins
Served from a global edge network on every plan
90+ PageSpeed guaranteed, mobile and desktop
Images optimized automatically as projects are added
A page per service you bid, not one paragraph for all of them
A page per town, county or metro you serve
2 to 3 researched articles a week, depending on tier
Correct schema and heading structure on every page, by default
Every page built for speed and structured to rank.
Estimate and bid requests routed by API, Zapier or Make.
Registered in your name for as long as the plan runs.
SSL, CDN and DDoS protection, unmetered bandwidth.
Small, real changes, logged in your client portal.
On a weekly schedule, answer-first and cited.
2 to 3 a week depending on tier, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, cited where a figure appears.
What a specific scope of work involves, in plain terms.
What a client should know about building in a specific place.
General expectations for how a project type typically runs.
How to compare bids, materials or approaches, in general terms.
The questions a buyer asks most, answered in one place.
5 revisions a month included, of any size, no hourly billing
$20 flat for each additional revision, no cap on how many
Every revision completed within 2 to 5 working days
Requested and tracked from your client portal, not by email chains
A finished project added to the gallery with scope and timeline
A service page sharpened with more specific language
A new town page written as the service area grows
A new researched article published and linked into the relevant pages
That starts the plan. The build fee is not charged yet.
Services, towns served, brand and CRM. About 15 minutes.
We fill any gaps and agree the launch date together.
The build fee is invoiced only once you approve the finished site.
Every plan carries the same $697 one-time build fee, invoiced only after launch and only once you approve the site.

A fully managed, custom-coded website built for general contractors: a page for every service you bid, a page for every town you serve, a project gallery, an estimate or bid request form connected to your CRM, weekly detail updates, 2 to 3 researched articles a week depending on tier, and Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection included. Nothing here is itemized separately later.
7 days on Foundation, 10 on Framing while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Finish Out with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner you are live.
No. We are a website design and management company, not a general contractor, construction firm or licensed builder. Articles and pages describe general information for readers researching a contractor; they are never a substitute for a licensed professional's estimate, a jurisdiction's permitting guidance, or your own scope of work with a client.
You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your services, the towns you serve, your brand, your domain, your CRM and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.
It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us such as project photos, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.
Yes. We build the initial gallery with whatever photos you have, described accurately with scope and timeline, and add better photography as new projects finish, through the included weekly updates. A site with a handful of well-described projects still ranks and converts better than a site with none.
A list of the services you bid, the towns or counties you serve, any existing project photos, your logo and brand colors if you have them, and access to connect your CRM. Anything you cannot supply immediately can follow after launch without holding up the build.
A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new service page, an updated project in the gallery, a different phone number, a color change: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Add pages for two new towns, here is the copy and photos for both" is one revision, not four. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days, whatever the size.
Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need such as project photos or updated pricing, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.
Yes, and that is exactly the kind of change the included revisions cover. As you take on a new trade, expand into a new county, or add a service line, send the details and it is built as a revision, not a separate project.
Topics your buyers actually search: how a kitchen remodel or tenant build-out typically runs, what to expect from a permitting timeline in general terms, how to compare bids, and what a specific service involves. Every figure cited has a source, and articles never give advice for a specific project or jurisdiction.
2 a week on Foundation and Framing, 3 a week on Finish Out, each 2,500 to 3,200 words. They are written to answer a real question first and to link to the relevant service and location pages.
A live walkthrough of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $127 a month, the $697 build fee invoiced only after launch.
